Frequently Asked Questions

If yours isn’t here, ask us on Facebook or Instagramwe answer every message.

How is it delivered?

Packed with thermal insulation and ice packs, and kept cold the whole way to your door. Nothing sits on a shelf first — your jars are made for your order.

Will it still be cold when it arrives?

Yes. It travels in thermal packaging with ice packs and stays cold the whole way — that’s what the packing is for. And a sealed jar keeps for a month in the fridge, so the ride to you is a small part of its life. Put it in the fridge when it arrives.

When will it arrive?

Checkout works out your exact delivery date before you pay. If you need it for a particular day, ask us on Facebook or Instagram and we’ll tell you what we can do.

How far will you deliver?

There’s no set area. Checkout measures the ride to your pin and prices it, so how far we come is really a question about the fee. If it lands above what we can sensibly deliver for, checkout tells you and gives you our number so we can talk it through.

How long does a jar keep?

Sealed and in the fridge, one month. Once it’s open, finish it within a week.

Can I freeze it?

We’d rather you didn’t. Freezing breaks the consistency, and what thaws out is looser and grainier than what went in — the thickness is the first thing to go. The fridge is where it belongs.

How tart is the Plain, really?

Properly tart, and unsweetened. That’s what Greek yogurt tastes like when nearly half the weight has been strained off it. The flavoured jars are tangier than they are sweet, for the same reason. More about why it’s like that.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, while it’s still waiting to be confirmed, or if we’ve had to reject your payment proof. You’ll find it in your account under the order itself. If you ordered as a guest, ask us on Facebook or Instagram and we’ll sort it.
